Ustra Group provides professional translation, localization, and language services. We strive to ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of our services in accordance with industry standards. All services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Content Submission: You agree not to use our website for unlawful, unethical, or prohibited activities. You are responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Security: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing: Our services are priced according to the type of translation and the volume of content. A detailed quote will be provided prior to commencement.
Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accepted payment methods include [Bank Account]. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Confidentiality
All client materials and information submitted to Ustra Group are confidential. We will not disclose any content to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Delivery
Timely Delivery: We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe. However, Ustra Group is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including client-provided materials, technical issues, or internet disruptions.
Revisions: If you are not satisfied with a translation, revisions may be requested within [10] working days of delivery. Requests outside this period may not be accommodated. We offer up to two revision cycles free of charge; additional revisions may incur extra fees
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive rights to the translated materials. Ustra Group retains rights to the translation methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools.
Use of Materials: You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content or website without prior written consent.
8. Restricted Projects
Ustra Group strictly refuses to engage with any project that involves:
- Alcohol, gambling, or betting
- Pornography or sexual content, including any content related to homosexuality or LGBTQ+ themes
- Any content that is racist, discriminatory, violent, unethical, immoral, or otherwise violates human rights
- Any illegal or immoral activity
- Any initiatives or promotions associated with Israeli entities
By submitting a project, you acknowledge and agree that your project does NOT contain any of the above.
Ustra Group reserves the absolute right to refuse or immediately terminate services for any project deemed inappropriate, unethical, or illegal. No exceptions will be made.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ustra Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any contract or access to services if these Terms and Conditions are violated. In the event of early termination by the client, payment remains due for work completed to date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
12. Changes to Terms
Ustra Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, with the effective date revised. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
